Hurst Firestone & AutoCare

My family and I were traveling from Phoenix AZ to Grand Junction CO the second week of July. It was an exceptionally hot day, around 110-114 degrees. We noticed the temperature gauge on our vehicle started to creep past the midway mark, especially going up hills. My brother-in-law, who resides in AZ, said that’s very common and to put our heater on to help remove the heat from the engine. Once we got to Flagstaff, we debated on continuing our journey or to stop and get our vehicle checked since we’d be traveling through long stretches of open land. We had 3 small children with us and decided it best to take it in. We needed an auto shop close to a hotel since we had to use our Chevrolegs to commute while our vehicle was being serviced. That’s when we discovered Hurst Firestone & AutoCare. I called them before closing time and was able to set an appointment for the following morning. Anthony was remarkable! He helped set the appointment the night before and greeted me by name when I walked in. He became the point of contact for our van and was upfront, informative, and extremely polite and respectful throughout the whole process. Our water pump had a small leak, which they replace

I get my interlock serviced here and I ve faced many challenges with it. The folks at Hurst have gone over-and-above to help resolve all my issues, sometimes staying after they close to get me back on the road. Very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. They have my highest recommendation as a service center!

Its been almost a year and a half since I was here, but I think of them often. I was driving route 66 from Michigan to California, and took a detour to see four corners. We had to get an oil change on the rental car, and I mismanaged how long it would take to drive through the mountains. We called them in a panic because it was very close to closing time, and they said they'd be there. I even got pulled over for speeding, which cut the time even closer. We pulled up about 5 minutes to close, and they took very good care of us. The oil tech walked out ASAP, and announced "i got it done in 9 minutes!!! That's a record!!" Yall were great.

Excellent service, they went above and beyond what I expected to fix my truck and did the work very quickly. I will definitely be back!

Our car rental was low on coolant so they sent us to Hurst Firestone to get it topped up. It was nearly the end of their workday but they took care of it right away. Very friendly and helpful. I did not steal one of their pens despite their invitation.
